4. User Responsibilities

• Riders: You agree to use the Keber app solely for lawful and personal purposes. You must provide accurate location and ride information and follow all applicable laws during the ride.
• Drivers: You agree to provide safe, timely, and professional services to riders and follow all traffic and safety laws. You are also required to maintain your vehicle in a roadworthy condition.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities while using the app, including but not limited to:
  • Misleading or falsifying information
  • Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
  • Use of the app for illegal activities or to harm others

5. Payments and Fees

• Pricing: The price of each ride will be determined by Keber based on factors such as distance, time, and location. Prices are subject to change.
• Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method to use Keber services. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for the rides you take.
• Cancellation Fees: You may be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel a ride after the driver has been dispatched, as specified in the app.

6. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Keber app, such as reviews, ratings, or photos. By submitting content, you grant Keber a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify that content in connection with our services.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: Keber provides the app and services “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or safety of the app.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keber will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including loss of data or income.
